How to use
Starting in the 34th week of pregnancy, 3 to 4 times a week. Massage the perineal area with small circular motions, then with a rocker (3-9 o'clock). Stretch the tissue with light pressure, first toward the anus, then downward and outward. Repeat in a radial motion.
