From what age can Silvana products be used?
Silvana products can be used from birth.
Are the products also suitable for adults with sensitive skin?
Of course, Silvana products are designed and developed for children's delicate skin and can therefore also be used by adults, who certainly have more structured skin.
Can Silvana products be used every day?
Yes, Silvana products can be used daily . They help maintain skin balance and prevent irritation.
Can I use the products during pregnancy?
Of course, Silvana products can be used during pregnancy and there are even specific products for this period.
From which month can I use Silvana Vials?
Silvana Vials can be used from birth . The contents of a single vial are designed to be added to 10–15 liters of water. The resealable cap allows you to dose the product as needed.
Why do Silvana Vials stain fingers?
To preserve the essential oils contained in the vial , we use a blue food coloring . The blue protects the preparation from UV rays and oxidation . It is not harmful and the color on your fingers disappears within minutes.

Do Silvana products contain alcohol?
Only Silvana Vials contain a small percentage of denatured alcohol , commonly used in cosmetics to improve product stability and absorption.
This is a minimal amount placed in a 5 ml vial, which is diluted in 10–15 liters of water during use, making it safe for even the most delicate skin. All other products in the line are alcohol-free .
Are the fragrances used safe?
Yes, the fragrances we use comply with the new European allergen regulation . They are therefore safe and designed to be allergen-free and suitable for even the most sensitive skin.
Are Silvana products tested on animals?
No, animal testing is prohibited by European legislation and is not required for the marketing of our products. Silvana fully complies with this regulation and guarantees the safety of its cosmetics through alternative methods and dermatological controls.
Are the products dermatologically tested?
Yes. All our products are dermatologically tested on sensitive skin and are nickel tested to offer maximum safety, even if you are predisposed to skin allergies.

Shipping & Returns
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping has a fixed fee of €7.00 for orders under €50.00.
It is free for all purchases of €50.00 or more.
How long does shipping take?

What is your return policy?
You can return the product within 14 days of delivery , as provided for by the right of withdrawal. The product must be:
intact, unopened and unused and in its original packaging.
How can I make a return?
To initiate the return process, email us at consumer@laboratoriosilvana.com, indicating your order number, and we'll provide you with all the necessary instructions.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If the package you received is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible by email at consumer@laboratoriosilvana.com , attaching a photo of the external package and the damaged products .
After the appropriate checks, we will resend the order at no additional cost .
